I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours of notice of cancellation. This allows me the opportunity to offer that appointment time to another client. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, as well as missed appointments, maybe be subject to a 25% service charge, which will be charged to the card on file.
